What if there's bad weather?
Where can you set up?
We are permitted to set up along the beaches of Santa Rosa Beach (30A) & Miramar Beach. If you tell us where you are staying, we can let you know the nearest available public beach access. We can also set up in backyards/porches in the following locations as well as Destin, FL.
Is alcohol allowed on the beach?
Yes! While we do not personally provide alcohol, you are more than welcome to bring it along with you or add on the 'boozy pickup' option. Please keep in mind that glass is NOT permitted on the beach.
Does my picnic concierge stay during our picnic?
No, we leave after you are settled in & return back once your reservation ends.
Can we leave our beach picnic whenever we want?
If you desire to leave earlier than the arranged time, please provide us with a 15 minute notice via text/call. Picnic items should never be left unattended.
Should I include my small children into the guest count?
If you would like the child to have a spot at the picnic table with their own place setting & cushion - yes!
If bad weather is in the forecast, you have 48 hours prior to the start of your picnic time to notify us on how you would like to proceed. Options include:
1) moving to an indoor/covered location
2) switching to a different available date (additional beach permit fee will apply)
3) completely cancel (the initial deposit is nonrefundable - no exceptions)
Can I bring food or drinks to my picnic?
YES, we encourage you to! Check out the "food rec's" page for some of our favorite local options.
Should we tip?
Tips for your picnic concierge are never expected but always appreciated!
